Suzanne Campbell

As the VP of People & Culture, Suzanne’s focus is on building inclusive high performing work cultures that can scale with growth.

She brings to FORWARD over 25 years of HR and leadership development experience.  Suzanne began her career at Amazon in 1998 and has an extensive background supporting businesses to scale through high growth.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in German and Political Science from the University of Montana. She is also a credentialed leadership coach from the Hudson Institute based out of Santa Barbara, CA.
